Spirepets sends all packages via DHL with a tracking number (track and trace). Ordered before 14:00, delivered the next day!

Products in stock will be shipped the same day if ordered before 2:00 PM. After placing an order, you can easily track its status by logging in to “My account”. During the processing of your order, we go through the following steps:
Product in stock:
The products in your order are in stock and will be shipped immediately
Available for backorder:
The products in your order are not in stock in the Netherlands, the delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks. When leaving our warehouse in China you will receive an email with a shipping update and the tracking number so you can see when product(s) will be delivered to you.
Waiting for check service:
Items you returned have been received in our warehouse. Our service department will perform a check, after which the return will be processed and completed.
Completed:
The order is on its way to you or picked up by you. You will receive a tracking number of the package via email.

Shipping to Belgium is no problem, this is taken care of by DHL and costs €7.20 for each order!
