SpirePets takes the utmost care of packages. We ship in our own branded, sturdy packaging. Orders over 50 EUR are shipped FREE with DHL, within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Below 50 EUR, the shipping costs for the Netherlands are 5.95 EUR and for Belgium and Germany, 7.20 EUR.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) will be delivered tomorrow!

Products sold by SpirePets are backed by a standard manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Products under manufacturer's warranty may be returned within one year from the date of purchase (invoice date) for replacement with a new (or comparable) product.
